AI in SYNRG

Draft. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer; may change before SYNRG opens to the public.

SYNRG uses an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) in a few specific places. This page says where, what it means for what you own, and what SYNRG never does with your content.

Where AI is used

What you own

As between you and SYNRG, what the model produces for you is yours to use. Be aware that under United States law material produced entirely by a machine, without meaningful human authorship, is generally not protected by copyright. Your deck as a whole — your words, your order, your edits — is. Generated artwork may resemble artwork produced for someone else; SYNRG does not promise it is unique.

What it may get wrong

Generated text can be inaccurate or incomplete; a research deck can misread a source; a summary of what a room said is a new statement that no one in the room made. Check before you present. The original answers are always kept and exportable under any summary, and the presenter can override what the screen shows.

What SYNRG never does

Who processes it

Requests go to Anthropic under business terms that exclude training on customer data. Anthropic is listed as a sub-processor in the data processing terms.
